Defining Concepts
We’ll take the time to get to know you and your family to understand how you plan to use your new space. Once we have a thorough understanding of your lifestyle and what you hope to achieve, we’ll utilise 3D design software to bring your vision to life.
Permit & Permission
Sit back and relax while we take care of all the red tape for you. We’ll apply for planning and building permits and seek any approvals that are required from your local council. From soil testing and energy efficiency reports to structural engineering and crossover permits, we’ll ensure everything is in order so your build can go ahead without a hitch.
Build
Now for the fun part! Our experienced builders will construct your new build to the highest standard. We pride ourselves on our attention to detail and our ability to work with you to create a space that is uniquely yours. We’ll provide an exact timeframe for the build so you can plan accordingly.
